FIELD: mobile communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a user terminal and a radio communication method in mobile communication systems. According to one aspect of the present invention, the user terminal contains a receiving section made with the possibility of receiving downlink control information (hereinafter – DCI); and a control section made with the possibility of controlling transmission of at least one of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a slot indicated by a field that is contained in DCI after expiration of processing time counted from the last moment of DCI reception or the last moment of reception of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) corresponding to DCI.
EFFECT: possibility to properly transmit uplink signals in response to reception of pre-determined downlink signals, even in case of reduction in processing time in base radio stations and/or user terminals.
