FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. The technical result is the ability to flexibly and freely control the moment of time of transmission of upstream signals in response to the transmission of downlink signals. The terminal contains: a receiver designed to receive the downlink control information; and a processor designed to control the time of transmission of the delivery confirmation signal corresponding to the downlink common channel, based on the time indicator HARQ-ACK, which is the first information included in the downlink control information, moreover, the processor is designed to determine the format of the uplink control channel used in transmitting the delivery confirmation signal, based on the second information included in the downlink control information, while the second information is placed separately from the first information in another bit field of the downlink control information.
EFFECT: technical result is the ability to flexibly and freely control the moment of time of transmission of upstream signals in response to the transmission of downlink signals.
