FIELD: waste disposal system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a waste disposal system. The system contains a waste collection container, which provides waste collection in the system, a screw conveyor for waste, which allows you to move the waste to the combustion boiler, where the waste will be disposed of, a combustion boiler in which the combustion process for waste disposal takes place, containing a boiler wall that keeps the heat generated by combustion inside the combustion chamber, an outer boiler wall that prevents heat loss to the external environment, an outlet ventilation channel that provides exhaust gas emissions resulting from combustion, fresh air pump, which supplies fresh air to the combustion boiler for waste burning, a particle separation system that separates the particles of the exhaust gas coming out of the combustion boiler, a heat exchanger that provides heat supply from the exhaust gas coming out of the combustion boiler, a particle removal system that provides separation of the particles contained in the exhaust gas, a mixer, which is engaged with the waste collection container by means of a moving mixer shaft, and its movement is secured by a moving mixer shaft with the help of a mixer drive member, a preheating air jacket for heating the air to be used for the combustion process in a combustion boiler, formed as a space between the boiler wall that surrounds the combustion chamber and the outer wall of the combustion boiler, and containing an air inlet line and an exhaust preheating exit line, an air distribution element that allows the air coming out of the air preheating jacket to be distributed to the combustion chambers inside the boiler wall by means of a combustion air supply line and air injectors, a temperature sensor of the particle separation system, which is located at the outlet of the particle separation system, makes it possible to measure the temperature of the exhaust gas leaving the particle separation system, and the first exhaust gas emission control and the exhaust gas heat exchanger control, which directs the exhaust gas exiting the particle separation system to the heat exchanger or particle cleaning system in accordance with the information received from the temperature sensor of the particle separation system.
EFFECT: securing efficient disposal and more efficient use of heat in the exhaust gas generated as a result of combustion.
