FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of measurement equipment and a method for non-contact measurement of height of powder elements in a sleeve. Method includes action on controlled powder elements by directed laser flow, reception of reflected signal and fixation of time interval between probing and reflected pulses. For each beam of laser flow distance to powder elements is determined in proportion to this interval. From the combination of the comparative analysis, the distance of the pitch of the powder elements and the distance from the edge of the collar case are determined. Obtained difference of results is compared to the drawing value. Depending on the comparison results, information on the height of the powder of the powder elements in the sleeve is displayed and a signal is sent for the further operation of the propellant charge assembly.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of control accuracy and reduction of risk of emergencies in workplace.
