FIELD: machining attachments for assembly of cartridges.

SUBSTANCE: the device has a cassette with seats for installation of capsuled cartridge cases in it, mounted on the press lower plate, and a punch block mounted on the press upper plate, the device is provided with a body with a block of guide bushes and an intermediate plate with a block of centering cartridge case holders aligned with the aid of the guides installed on the foundation between the plate with the block of punches and pushers and the cassette with seats for the cartridge cases, the cassette with seals for the cartridge cases is installed on a spring-loaded movable plate mounted with the aid of vertical grooves in the foundation. The bullet guide bush is made in the form of three conjugated figures of a cylinder-truncated cone-cylinder with and inside diameter of the upper cylindrical part exceeding the diameter of the traumatic bullet and an outside diameter of the lower cylindrical part being smaller than the inside diameter of the cartridge case neck by 1 to 10 per cent. No excessive pressure is produced in the cavity of the cartridge cases, the bullets are set in the preset level.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
