FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A frame is created on the periphery of an aponeurosis at 1 cm away from the border and going 1 cm beyond a wound corner by longitudinal underrunning of the aponeurosis border with a double nonabsorbable suture. The aponeurosis is closed by separate interrupted suture with covering frame sutures and the aponeurosis from both sides of the wound. The suture ends are fastened in wound corners.
EFFECT: provided closure of laparotomy wound aponeurosis for eventration and hernia prevention.
