FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to electrochemical asymmetric membranes with liquid-grain grain-boundary structure on porous substrate to obtain highly pure oxygen from air. Such membranes are used in various electrochemical devices: separators of high-purity oxygen, membrane reactors, fuel elements, gas sensors, etc. Membrane material is a melt oxide composite containing the following in wt. %: CuV2O6 - 20 %, Cu2V2O7 - 80 %. Substrate is anode aluminium oxide. Optimum membrane thickness makes 1.2–3.4 mm.
EFFECT: invention provides high oxygen permeability and high selectivity of oxygen concentration process (relative to nitrogen).
