FIELD: production of oxygen-permeable membranes.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing microtubular oxygen-permeable membranes with controlled geometry and microstructure is claimed, including mixing an oxide powder with a solvent, dimethyl sulfoxide, and a polymer binder, cellulose acetate, to obtain a paste which is subjected to moulding, followed by heat treatment of the obtained membranes, characterized in that perovskite is used as an oxide powder, which is mixed with dimethyl sulfoxide and cellulose acetate in the following ratio of components, in parts by weight: 7 / 7 / 1, respectively, moulding is carried out by pouring the resulting paste into mould cells, freezing it in mould cells at a temperature of -28°C for 2 hours, applying a gas-tight layer of the same material to the membrane blanks, heat treatment of the obtained membranes is carried out in the following conditions: heating for 150 minutes to 250°C; exposure for 60 minutes at 250°C; heating for 40 minutes to 300°C; exposure for 30 minutes at 300°C; heating for 40 minutes to 350°C; exposure for 30 minutes at 350°C; heating for 340 minutes to 1200°C; exposure for 60 minutes at 1200°C.
EFFECT: simplification of technology and an increase in control of the manufacture of oxygen-permeable membranes, which makes it possible to obtain membranes with controlled geometry and microstructure.
