FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are methods of screening an antigen-binding domain whose antigen-binding activity varies depending on the concentration of the target-specific compound.
EFFECT: such methods enable to obtain antigen-binding domains, in particular antigen-binding domains of antibodies, having higher specificity for malignant tissue, and can be suitable for making pharmaceutical preparations.
