FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: following is provided: an antigen binding molecule for removing soluble antigen from plasma, which contains an antibody variable region that specifically binds the antigen, and a human IgG Fc region containing Asp at amino acid position 238, as indicated by EU numbering. The variable region of the antibody has lower antigen-binding activity under the condition of a calcium ion concentration of 3 μM than under the condition of a calcium ion concentration of 1.2 mM, or has lower antigen-binding activity at pH 5.8 than at pH 7.4. Besides, the application describes a method of producing this molecule and its use for eliminating antigen from plasma.

EFFECT: resulting molecule improves the removal of soluble antigen from plasma.
