FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: antigen-binding molecule contains an antigen-binding domain, antigen-binding activity of which varies depending on pH, and Fc-region of human IgG1 containing Asp in position 238 and Gly in position 271, which provides enhanced binding with FcγRIIb.
EFFECT: invention discloses an antigen-binding molecule, a method for preparing it and use of an antigen-binding molecule for plasma antigen elimination.
