FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise reduction devices for airports. Proposed deflecting shield comprises carcass (1), on which jet-deflecting plane (2) is rigidly fixed, in front of which additional jet-deflecting plane (3) is rigidly fixed on carcass. In additional jet deflecting plane (2) there is hole (4) for supply of gas-air jet to wind wheel (5) installed between jet-deflecting planes (2, 3). Wind wheel (5) is made with possibility to transfer generated torque to energy accumulator (7). Frame (1) is rigidly attached to aerodrome coating (9). Wind wheel (5) is connected to energy accumulator (7) by means of mechanical reduction gear. On internal surface (10) of additional jet-deflecting plane and on external surface (11) of jet of deflecting plane thermoelectric elements (12) are rigidly fixed, leads (13) of which are connected to electric input (14) of electric accumulator (7).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of device operation.
