FIELD: clothing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of manufacturing the shoe insert for footwear. Invention is directed to the shoe insert manufacturing method where the plant origin organic filler is placed between two layers of the absorbent fabric. Wherein the organic filler composed of the uniform-size particle mixture is injected from a dispenser by the air flow into an airproof circular section sleeve made of cotton or linen hydroscopic cloth 65-75 mm in diameter and up to several meters long, which while filling with the mixture is passed through a roller heat press machine heating the mixture of particles up to temperature of 220 °С and pressing it inside the sleeve to depth of 2-3 mm. Moreover, a mixture of particles of the milled dry peat moss, the crushed dry pine needles and milled birch bark is applied as organic filler whereas galipot, contained in the needles, and birch tar contained in the birch bark, emitted when heated, are used as a particle binder. After that, obtained three-layer tape-blank with width of 100-120 mm is cooled and insoles of the required size are cut by means of a punching roller pressing machine, where after the insole layers are stitched out with thread, skirted and fixed with stitches.
EFFECT: ensured formation of a serviceable and elastic shoe insert for footwear with hygroscopic and bactericidal properties.
