FIELD: impact training devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impact training devices, in particular, to devices for martial arts training, such as taekwondo, karate and kickboxing, which allows an athlete to master martial arts by striking blow parts with hands and feet. Device for correct setting and development of impacts by hands and feet and strengthening of their impact surfaces, containing base, receiver of impacts, characterized by that base is made monolithic, from hard wood species, one of the surfaces is flat, having a recess, in which a receiver of shocks of less rigidity is installed with a shell from a flexible material, filled with dry granular substance, and opposite surface is convex, rounded and is rigid impact receiver, on edges of base there are supports for arrangement of device in horizontal position, providing gap between impact receivers and installation surface of device, and for arrangement in vertical position device is installed in bracket, which is fixed on vertical surface, wherein it is possible to rotate device base about its own longitudinal axis by 180°, and move and fix device base up and down along guide bracket.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and intensity of training due to compactness and simplicity of design, ease of use, possibility of more effective setting and development of shocks, possibility of strengthening impact surfaces of hands and feet.
