SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for training punches, in particular to a device for training punches, comprising a plurality of punched parts that are attached to the carcass attached to the movable balance frame or to a treadmill, and designed for training martial arts, when a user can train martial arts, striking the punched parts of with hands and legs. The invention relates to a device for training punches and comprises a carcass. The carcass comprises a vertically mounted rectangular frame; an upper cover and a lower cover mounted at the upper and lower parts of the carcass to protect the carcass; and the punched parts mounted at the front side of the carcass and also from above and from below on both respective sides of the carcass. At that the punched parts are provided with damping element which is rigidly fixed on the outer side of the plate, which central part, located on the inner side of the plate, one movable part of the straight shaft is connected, which is provided with a rack bar, at that the upper and lower sides of the plate on the hinge protrusion are attached to the guide plate with an elongated hole with one its side. At that in the elongated hole of the guide plate a guide rib of the carcass is inserted forming the movable joint, at that the straight shaft is inserted into the sleeve attached to the carcass with the possibility of mounting the rack bar engaging the drive gear of the rotary shaft, at that on the straight shaft between the carcass and the plate, an elastic spring is installed, at that the rear part of the carcass is attached to the balance frame.
