SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely oncology and plastic surgery. Periareolar circumferential incision is made along the border of the areola and skin. Furthermore, the hooks raise the skin edge from the outside of the incision and step by step along the perimeter with an electric knife separate the skin from the underlying milk gland parenchyma and, gradually expanding the separation perimeter, achieve complete separation of the skin from the underlying breast tissue. A sector with a tumor of any localization, except for the central one, is removed. Then the adjacent sections of the parenchyma are separated from the underlying fascia of the greater pectoral muscle to give the necessary mobility of the flaps and, bringing them together, are connected with interrupted stitches.

EFFECT: method enables to significantly improve the aesthetic effect after oncoplastic surgery, to achieve a stable shape and symmetry of the mammary glands, to shorten the duration of anesthesia, blood loss and injury rate due to the absence of the need for corrective surgeries on the second mammary gland, the operation is feasible at almost any location of the tumor, except for the central one.
