FIELD: drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying equipment and can be used in agricultural and other grain dryers with gravitational moving layer, for example, shaft, core and so forth. Unloading device comprises grain dividers, movable frame with valves fixed on it to shut off outlet holes, traction rod and located below said unloading bin. Under each outlet hole on the movable frame two valves are installed at a distance from each other, equal to the width of the outlet hole, and movable frame itself is located on guide rollers with eccentricity, having adjustment in axial direction, and is hingedly connected via tie-rod to linear drive, for example, an electric cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder, and to the lower part of the divider there attached are strip brushes made of an elastic material, for example polypropylene.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in improvement of quality of dried grain, uniformity of its unloading, improvement of operational parameters and reliability of unloading device operation.
