FIELD: computer equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering for parallel and scalable processing of messages containing telemetric data in an administrator system. Technical result is achieved by receiving Web service messages over a computer network from dispensing machines; determining that web service messages received over a computer network, differ from pulse message; decrypting the encrypted telemetric data in the web service messages based on determining that the web service messages are different from the heartbeat message; placing one of web service messages received over a computer network into a queue of a plurality of queues depending on which dispenser machine the web service message was received from; and depending on when the web service message was generated in the dispenser relative to other web service messages generated by the dispenser in one of the plurality of queues; and assigning a separate stream from the plurality of streams of each of the plurality of queues for processing the decrypted telemetric data contained in the web service messages in the plurality of message queues.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of providing telemetry data from dispensing machines to the web-based administrative service system.
