FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Food preparation device comprises at least one gas burner (1) connected to ignition source (2) and on which a cooking zone is formed, which is heated by at least one gas burner (1), at least one control solenoid valve (3), which controls gas flow supplied to said at least one gas burner (1). At least one infrared sensor (5) located above the cooking zone and focused towards said cooking zone for remote temperature measurement of food prepared in said cooking zone, electronic control device (7) connected to said at least one infrared sensor (5) and said at least one control electric valve (3) for controlling and adjusting said electric valve. At least one thermocouple (6) in thermal contact with flame, which heats the cooking zone, and connected to safety electric valve (4) for gas flow closing in case of flame extinction, which heats zone of preparation. Thermocouple (6) is connected to safety electric valve (4) through relay (10), which in its turn is connected to control device (7), wherein between said at least one infrared sensor (5) and preparation zone there is heat shield (20). Electronic control device (7) stores various adjustment programs for control electric valves (3) and safety electric valve (4) and is configured to adjust said at least one control solenoid valve (3) and closing the safety electric valve (4) using one of the adjustment programs and/or in response to signals received from infrared sensor (5). Electronic device (7) is configured to issue a warning in response to signals from thermocouple (6) corresponding to the signal of closing safety valve (4).

EFFECT: invention allows preventing accidental disconnection of the device for preparation.
