FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for production of a fodder additive from animal origin wastes. Method involves fermentative hydrolysis of ground raw material. Raw material is represented by cattle processing wastes - a book, a spleen, or wastes processing pigs - curly, slurry, ears, or wastes from poultry processing - penetrators. Enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out with hydromodule 1:10 with continuous stirring and temperature of 40±2 °C for 5 days, wherein hydrolysable mixture is added with 3-5% of weight content of secondary raw material content of pigs gastrointestinal tract.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow increasing the degree of hydrolysis of the raw material and simplifying the technology.
