FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forage production, in particular to a method for producing a sea star fodder additive. Method includes grinding the raw material, mixing it with a proteolytic enzyme, performing the enzymatic hydrolysis, separating the dense residue and drying. In this case, before the enzymatic hydrolysis or after it, the crushed raw material is subjected to extraction with ethyl alcohol in the ratio of raw materials : alcohol 1:1.5 for 40–60 minutes, and the enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out for 1.5–2 hours with a proteolytic enzyme in an amount of 0.4–1.0 % to the mass of the feedstock with the hydromodule 1:1 or 1:1.4.
EFFECT: use of the invention eliminates losses of biologically valuable substances in the processing of raw materials and produce a product with digestible nutrients.
