FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pulmonology, is intended for obtaining and subsequent diagnostic examination of tracheobronchial tree secretion and properties in various pathologies of respiratory organs. Device for producing the basal tracheobronchial secretion consists of three separate parts, including a spring handle and two medical removable disposable spatulas made from plastic by precision casting or 3D printing. Spring-loaded handle comprises a return spring and a movable carriage with a trigger and slots for fixation of tacks. Detachable upper trowel is a surface for collection of tracheobronchial content in pure form. Detachable lower trowel represents a protective screen for the upper trowel and is used to fix the tongue root during the examination. Top trowel is made with possibility of extending forward by 2.5 cm when pulling the trigger handle, when releasing the trigger, the lower trowel is configured to continue fixation of the tongue root, and the upper trowel is configured to return to the initial position.

EFFECT: invention is characterized by the fact that using disposable removable tacks enables using the device without sterilization, thereby eliminating the possibility of patient's contamination.
