FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for morphological and physiological analysis of the ultrastructural characteristics of a cell suspension accompanying a procedure of the healthy body exposure to antioxidants. The method is implemented by morphometry of macrophage cells and macrophage nuclei, and crystallographic analysis of a basal tracheo-bronchial secretion preparation on a glass slide.
EFFECT: method enables the microscopic analysis for the partial composition, morphometric cell characteristics, crystallographic values of the native basal tracheo-bronchial secretion sampled by means of a pharyngeal sieve of reference healthy individuals and healthy individuals with the two-week antioxidant correction of the low ambient body exposure.
