FIELD: control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system for controlling distance between bucket of excavator and surface of pipeline wall. System for controlling distance between bucket of excavator and wall surface of pipeline includes generator of electromagnetic oscillations connected to pipeline, with the possibility of formation of a magnetic chain excavator between the pipeline and the chassis elements, a proximity sound signaling device configured to transmit the audio signal to the loudspeaker speaker installed in the operator cabin. Approach acoustic signaling device is made in the form of electronic unit installed on excavator shovel above ladle and contains identical vertical measuring channel with antenna installed vertically, and a horizontal measuring channel with a horizontally mounted antenna, the vertical measuring channel antenna is connected to a high-pass filter which is connected to the programmable amplifier, the latter is connected to low-pass filter which is then connected with amplitude rectifier. Amplitude rectifier is connected to input of analogue-to-digital converter of microcontroller, identical antenna of horizontal measuring channel is connected to similar high-frequency filter, which is connected to programmable amplifier, the latter is connected to low-pass filter, which is then connected to the amplitude rectifier, and the amplitude rectifier is connected to the input of the analogue-to-digital converter of the microcontroller. Control outputs of microcontroller are connected to programmable amplifiers of vertical measuring channel and horizontal measuring channel, also microcontroller is connected to input of low-frequency amplifier, and the latter is connected to loudspeaker speaker.

EFFECT: continuous monitoring of the distance between the bucket of the excavator and the wall of the pipeline or cable and the supply of audio signals to the loudspeaker speaker in the cabin of the operator of earthmoving equipment.
