SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. The wireless communication method comprises the steps of: receiving, by a user plane of the base station, a QoS update that includes information indicating a mapping between a QoS stream and a corresponding radio resource for transmitting user data; storing, in the user plane, the mapping between the QoS stream and the corresponding radio resource; receiving, by the user plane, a downlink data packet of the QoS stream from the core network; and mapping, by the user plane, the downlink data packet of the QoS stream to the corresponding radio resource.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ability of the base station user plane to timely learn about the mapping of the QoS flow in the DRB and / or updates to the base station user plane, and what QoS flow should be NAS reflective.
