SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. To achieve the technical result, the communication terminal receives from the base station the SRS signal configuration information and the medium access control (MAC) layer control element (CE) for activating the SRS SP signal and transmits the SRS signal to the base station in the first cell based on the SRS signal configuration information and the MAC CE element for activating the SP SRS signal. MAC CE for activating the SP SRS includes an indicator for indicating whether serving cell information and bandwidth part (BWP) information are present for a reference signal associated with a spatial relationship.

EFFECT: possibility to indicate both current serving cell and BWP, and neighboring serving cell and BWP, when the semi-permanent probing reference signal is activated/deactivated through the MAC CE element in the next generation mobile communication system.
