SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile connection. When performing handover of a wireless device, receiving a handover request from an initial network node, receiving from a source network node a QoS display to a radio bearer (DRB), which was used by source network node before service transfer, receiving buffered protocol data protocol (PDU) units of the packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) from the source network node, transmitting the received PDCP PDU units using the received QoS flow mapping in the DRB, obtaining indications that handover is complete, determining a new QoS flow mapping in the DRB and activating a new QoS flow mapping in the DRB for transmitting the PDCP PDU units.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of receiving user data by target unit from initial node.
