SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. Fixture for the load holder comprises a body, fixtures, an actuator and a locking system. Housing comprises load-carrying surface facing top roof railing. Fasteners are connected to body to apply clamping force to elongated element. Actuator is connected to the fastening element and is configured to apply a closing force to the fastening element. Locking system is connected to one of the fastening elements or an actuating element. Locking system is configured to resiliently accumulate part of closing force when closing force is applied to actuating element and / or fastening element. Load holder contains the above fixture.
