FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates mechanical engineering. A controlled delay line is introduced in the hydraulic vibration support between the input sensor and the alternating voltage converter. The output sensor is connected to the controllable delay line control unit. The control unit forms a digital signal based on the analysis of the data about the input signal for the previous half-period. The control unit is connected to a controllable delay line which controls the phase of the variable rotating magnetic field relative to the moving flow of the magnetorheological liquid. In the method the signal received from the input sensor passes through a controllable delay line before being fed to the alternating voltage transducer. A damped signal from the output sensor is fed to the control unit. The signal is converted into a sequence of pulses and the amplitudes of two successive pulses are compared. The result of the comparison is analyzed and processed. A digital signal is formed and transmitted to a controlled delay line. This digital signal changes the magnitude and direction of the shift of the controlled delay line and adjusts the voltage phase of the inductor winding.
EFFECT: achieved is efficiency and operating reliability of a vibration support.
