FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic vibrosupports used for damping vibrations created by operating power units of vehicles and stationary power generating sets. Proposed hydraulic vibrosupport contains working and compensating chambers filled with damping liquid and limited by common housing with fitted-in separating partition. Said separating partition is provided with space forming intermediate chamber communicating through throttling holes with working and compensating chambers. Working chamber is limited by elastic shell, and compensating chamber, by diaphragm. Intermediate chamber accommodates flexible corrugated diaphragm with throttling holes arranged in crests of standing waves arising at action of input vibrosignal. Hydraulic vibrosupport contains also air chamber formed by diaphragm and pan. Intermediate chamber accommodates also at least one diaphragm. Corrugations of each diaphragm are located in crests of standing walls arising at action of input vibrosignal. Summary area of throttling holes of each diaphragm is equal to summary area of throttling holes of upper or lower part of separating partition. Moreover, central holes in separating partition are of diameter greater than peripheral holes, and throttling holes in upper part of separating partition are made tangentially to inner surface of elastic shell, and throttling holes in lower part of separating partition are made tangentially to inner surface of diaphragm.
EFFECT: improved damping characteristics over entire frequency range.
