FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a resin-reinforced resin composition comprising a polyamide resin and a polyolefin resin. Described is a resin-reinforced resin composition comprising: a polyamide resin; polyolefin resin; and reinforcing fibre, in which content of reinforcing fibre is from 10 wt. % up to 200 wt. % relative to total content of polyamide and polyolefin resin, taken per 100 wt. %, if one resin from polyamide resin or polyolefin resin is accepted as first resin, and the other resin is accepted as a second resin, the composition has a mutually continuous structure and contains a mutually continuous phase comprising a continuous phase A, consisting of a first resin, and a continuous phase B consisting of a second resin and at least one dispersed phase from a disperse phase a consisting of a second resin dispersed in a continuous phase A, and a disperse phase b consisting of a first resin dispersed in a continuous phase B or a sea-island structure containing a continuous phase C consisting of a first resin and a disperse phase c consisting of a second resin dispersed in a continuous phase C, and in the cross-section structure with separation of resin phases observed under the microscope, the total cross-section area of the disperse phases, the cross-section area of which is equal to or less than the average cross-section area of the reinforcing fibre, is 20 % and less than total cross-sectional area of all disperse phases observed under a microscope. Also described is a method of producing a fibre reinforced resin composition.

EFFECT: technical result is limitation of brittle fracture of resin-reinforced resin composition.
