FIELD: composite production.
SUBSTANCE: device includes an ultrasonic processing unit including an ultrasonic fusion machine equipped with an ultrasonic waveguide and a first roller having protrusions and recesses on its peripheral surface. The ultrasonic processing unit clamps the first and the second sheets superimposed on each other between the ultrasonic waveguide and the protrusions of the first roller and applies ultrasonic vibration to these sheets, thereby forming through holes in these sheets. On the end part of the ultrasonic waveguide, a vibration application surface is formed, having the shape of an arc in a cross-section perpendicular to the rotating shaft of the first roller, and this shape of the arc is curved inwardly away from the rotating shaft.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is providing a composite sheet that gives an excellent tactile feel and has an excellent ability to prevent liquid diffusion thanks to protrusions and recesses formed on the surface.
