FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for manufacturing a composite sheet. The method includes a stage of introducing the first sheet into an engaging part of the first roll and the second roll with protrusions and recesses that interlock with each other on peripheral surfaces to deform the first sheet to obtain recesses and protrusions when both rolls are rotated. The method includes a stage of transporting the deformed first sheet with recesses and protrusions while holding the first sheet on the first roll and superimposing the second sheet with the first sheet during transportation. The method also includes a stage of clamping the superimposed first and second sheets between protrusions of the first roll and an ultrasonic waveguide of an ultrasonic welding device for applying ultrasonic vibrations to sheets. In this method, fusion joints with through holes are formed during the application of ultrasonic vibrations.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the cost of maintaining the device.
