FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to transportation machine building. The construction of a motor vehicle is comprised of two spars of the bottom of the body located on the two sides of the motor vehicle, and two sides of the body. The two sides of the body contain bottom sections mounted on the bottom edge of the spars of the bottom of the body. For one of the sides of the body the bottom part is formed by a supporting grade mounted on the adjacent section of the side of the body using a combination glue connection and rivets. Method of assembly of the body of the motor vehicle involves the fixture between the supporting grade and the adjacent section of the side of the body being made by gluing followed by fixing with rivets.
EFFECT: reduced corrosion of the body in the connection points.
