FIELD: construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to insulating tile used in floor, roof and wall structures and method for producing thereof. Insulation tile (10) includes the first flat surface, the second flat surface and lateral surfaces determining surfaces, layer of filler compound (1) as well as layer of insulating material (2) produced from heat-insulating material compressive strength of which equals to at least 10 kPa. Layer of filler compound (1) forms the first flat surface of insulation tile (10) while layer of insulating material (2) forms the second flat surface of insulating tile (10). Besides, layer of insulating material (2) contains grooves on those flat surface which will be located opposite layer of filler compound (1). Layer of filler compound (1) partly embeds into said grooves on layer of insulating material (2) in such a way that on the grooves on the surface of layer of insulating material (2) there is a gap (4) between layer of insulating material (2) and layer of filler compound (1). When producing insulating tile (10), filler compound (1a) is introduced to casting mold (11). To filler compound (1a) in casting mold (11) a layer of insulating material is applied which is formed by at least one plate (2a) and contains grooves in the area of flat surface which will be located opposite layer of filler compound (1a). Layer of insulating material is pushed against filler compound whereby filler compound (1a) is equally distributed on casting mold (11) thereby forming flat surface of insulating tile (10). Meanwhile filler compound (1a) partly fills grooves on the surface of insulating material located opposite filler compound (1a). In the grooves on the surface of insulating material there is a gap between layer of insulating material (2) and layer of filler compound (1) which enables ventilation of insulating panel.
EFFECT: invention enables producing insulating tile of high quality.
