FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction industry, namely to the field of semi-finished components for construction, such as insulation panels and/or filling panels. Insulating panel (10) for construction with improved adhesion is made of central layer (100) of insulating foamed and moisture-resistant material, such as XPS or EPS polystyrene or polyurethane foam, and specific coating (101, 102) with high resistance to passage of steam and without cement, which is connected to said central layer (100) on both outer surfaces, forming a symmetrical sandwich structure, in which at least, coating on front side (102, 110) has outer scratched surface (103) so as to optimize adhesion with common adhesives or cement mortars for ceramic tiles.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of light and self-supporting insulation panel (10) for construction with improved adhesion, which is applicable as a structural and protective element of walls, filling walls, floors and subfloors in humid environments, such as bathrooms and saunas, capable of supporting laying of tiles directly applied on it, and with high tensile strength.
