FIELD: sanitary equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed are a folding curtain and a shower stall. The folding curtain includes a gear transfer mechanism and panel units located in sequence. The end parts of two adjacent panel units are joined forming an installation hole wherein the gear transfer mechanism is mounted to fold and unfold panel units. The gear transfer mechanism includes a body with a receiving cavity and mounted in the installation hole, a first drive gear located in the receiving cavity and mounted in one of the two adjacent panel units, and a second drive gear in engagement with the first drive gear, wherein the second drive gear is located in the receiving cavity and mounted in the second of the two adjacent panel units.

EFFECT: functional mechanism of a shower stall with a folding curtain.
