FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a winding machine and the mechanism of the central shaft in the rotary device of the winding machine. The winding machine contains a central shaft mechanism located on the base of the winding machine and including a central shaft block, which has a central shaft in its central part. In this case, the central shaft block additionally has a bearing support element and a set of the first restrictive elements that ensure the fixation and limitation of this central shaft block at the base of the winding machine. At the same time, many of the first restrictive elements are located along the periphery of the central shaft block. At the base of the winding machine, the mounting hole of the central shaft mechanism is made, and a connecting groove is made along the periphery of the mounting hole of the central shaft mechanism, forming a limiting element with the mounting hole of the central shaft mechanism. The trough of the connecting groove faces the mounting hole of the central shaft mechanism, and the connecting groove has an open part to accommodate the first limiting element. The mounting hole of the central shaft mechanism and the open part form an opening for the installation of the central shaft block. By rotating the central shaft block, the first limiting element can be clamped between the upper wall and the lower wall of the connecting groove, and the first limiting element is bolted to the upper wall and the lower wall of the connecting groove.
EFFECT: claimed invention provides for the creation of a winding machine, the mechanism of the central shaft of the turntable of which would provide a reduced noise level during operation.
