SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to construction. The sealing composition for a cementing base comprises a non-aqueous mixture of the first and the second silane having a higher molecular mass than the first said silane and at least one corrosion inhibitor. Meanwhile said corrosion inhibitor is soluble in silane, soluble in silane diluted with solvent and at least partly soluble in water. Said corrosion inhibitor is selected from a group consisting of alkyl acethamids, alkyl carboxylic acids and the salts thereof, alkoxy carboxylic acids and the salts thereof, alkoxylates, compounds containing phosphorus and triazines and the mixtures thereof. The molecular mass of the first silane ranges from 104 g/mol to 270 g/mol. The molecular mass of the second said silane ranges from 270 g/mol to 576 g/mol. The method for sealing a cement structure reinforced with steel against the introduction of corrosive agents consists in applying said structure to a surface which must be sealed, said sealing composition.

EFFECT: improvement of protection of cement structure reinforced with steel against introduction of corrosive agents, reduction of internal moisture of concrete, reduction of corrosion reaction rate.
