The cultured virus is immobilized by sequential dissolution in 2% by weight sodium phosphate disubstituted phosphate and 1% by weight calcium chloride with the formation of calcium phosphate gel used for encapsulating the virion, with further inactivation of one weight fraction of dry biomass with two weight fractions 96 % ethyl alcohol for at least 1 hour, followed by distillation of ethyl alcohol from the reactor.

EFFECT: use of this method makes it possible to ensure complete inactivation of the live vaccine virus while preserving the virus envelope proteins responsible for the immunogenicity of the vaccine.
