The essence is a wall structure with a ventilated gap in the masonry, containing a load-bearing / self-supporting part of the inner wall, a layer of insulation, to which the volumetric mesh adjoins, and a wall of facing bricks, and the volumetric mesh is located to ensure the creation of a ventilated gap between the insulation and the wall of facing bricks, moreover, the wall structure contains a masonry mesh installed in it the required number of times to a height corresponding to the height of the installed insulation, throughout the entire height of the wall. The method of erecting a wall structure consists in the fact that an external wall is erected from facing bricks, a volumetric mesh is vertically installed to the external wall to the height of the insulation to be installed, then an insulation is installed vertically to the installed volumetric mesh and a load-bearing / self-supporting internal wall is erected to a height corresponding to the height of the external wall , and in the process of erecting the wall, the masonry mesh is installed at the height of the installed insulation, while the process of installing the masonry mesh during the construction of the wall is repeated the required number of times until the required wall height is reached.

EFFECT: ensuring the optimal level of vapor permeability in the operating conditions of buildings, on which the overall quality of the wall structures being erected depends.
