FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to rotating waveguide joints. An ultra-wideband rotating junction consists of coaxial segments of a circular coaxial channel, one of which is partially located in an internal cavity formed in the other. The first segment is fixed in the second with the help of oppositely connected angular contact bearings, which are fixed with the inner rings on the outer surface of the body of the first segment by a nut locked with a screw, and with the outer rings are fixed in the inner cavity of the body of the second segment. The outer conductors of the first and second sections are formed by the inner coaxial cylindrical surfaces of the bodies, bushings and rings. The rings in each segment are sandwiched between the end surfaces of the respective bodies and bushings-connectors. Dielectric supports are coaxially fixed in the holes of the rings, in which, in turn, the rods are also coaxially fixed, the outer surface of which is the inner conductor of the channel sections, the contact graphite brush, pressed against the inner end of the body by spring-loaded pins, provides an electromechanical connection between the outer conductors segments.
EFFECT: technical result is to expand the range of operating frequencies towards the microwave, reduce its return and throughput losses, and increase the resource.
