FIELD: sorting systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed set of inventions relates to sorting systems for sorting objects based on conveyer equipment with belt combs (ribbons). An adjustment device for a sorting machine with a plurality of infinite belt combs located at a specified distance from each other capable of continuous movement in the front direction and supported in a longitudinal direction by a plurality of guiding planks. The adjustment device is installed under said belt combs and supporting guides for adjusting the distance between said belt combs and comprises: a plurality of support components, each of which has a cylindrical central section as well as the first threaded section which is an inner dual-action part located inside the cylindrical central section and forming a threaded structure extending away from the centre of the cylinder in the direction of each end opening, a set of adjusting inlet components, each of which is cylindrical in shape and contains the second threaded section which is a part of the dual action, forming the outer part of the cylinder and forming the threaded structure extending away from the centre of the cylinder in the direction of each end opening. Meanwhile said adjusting inlet component additionally has an internal hollow structure providing the clutch for rotation and an adjustment shaft adapted for rotating the above-mentioned inlet component when said component is introduced to the hollow structure and has a profile providing a contiguous structure corresponding to surface of the inner hollow structure of the adjustment inlet component. The supporting components and the adjustment inlet components are arranged in rotation along a perpendicular line so that each adjustment inlet component is screwed into the supporting component on each side and a support component is located under each corresponding guiding plate. The second threaded section of the adjustment inlet component is capable of interacting with the first threaded section of the support components during the rotation of the adjustment shaft in order to increase or reduce the distance between the adjacent support components and therefore between the above-mentioned guiding planks and the belts. The first threaded section of the supporting component and the second threaded section of the adjustment inlet component have a thread of a square profile with rounded edges of the vertex.
EFFECT: more accurate and jammed-free adjustment of a sorting machine.
