SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to sorting equipment with a cross belt of innovative design, in particular it relates to a two-tier rectilinear sorting system with a cross belt for the cargo transportation sorting industry. A two-tier rectilinear sorting system with a cross belt includes a parcel delivery stand (1), a sorting loop (2), a platform (3), a guide with cells (4) and a scanning device (5), characterized by the fact that: the said sorting loop (2) is a two-tier rectilinear transportation structure that is vertically the direction has the form of a closed ring and includes several sorting carriages (6), individually connected in formation, two two-tier tracks formed by internal welding with each other of a curved track (9) at two ends and a straight track (8) having an upper and lower tier, as well as a drive unit12) and the stretching unit (13); the drive unit (12) and the stretching unit (13) form the transmission device of the sorting loop (2) and are located at the two ends of the loop, respectively, and the said drive unit (12) has the first node of the drive disc (25) and the second node of the drive disc (27) wrapped around the end on the same side and driving two synchronous belts (33); said stretching unit (13) has the first node of the driven disk (37) and the second node of the driven disk (41) wrapped around the end on the same side and driving two synchronous belts (33); the first node of the drive disk (25) and the curved track (9) of the same side are offset, while the center of the vertical is offset, while the center of the vertical circle of the second node of the driven disk (41) of the circle of the first node of the drive disk (25) coincides with the center of the vertical circle curved track (9) on the other side of the sorting carriage (6); the second node of the drive disc (27) and the curved track (9) of the same side are located with an offset, while the center of the vertical circle of the second node of the drive disc (27) coincides with the center of the vertical circle of the curved track (9) on the other side of the sorting carriages (6); the first node of the driven disk (37) and the curved track (9) of the same side are located with an offset, while the center of the vertical circle of the first node of the driven disk (37) coincides with the center of the vertical circle of the curved track (9) on the other side of the sorting carriage (6); the second node of the driven disk (41) and the curved track (9) of the same side are located coincides with the center of the vertical circle of the curved track (9) on the other side of the sorting carriage (6); located on two sides of the sorting lines in single formation carriages (6) two-tier tracks, as well as a synchronous belt (33) connected between the drive unit (12) and the stretching unit (13) together form a transportation mechanism having a vertical two-tier straight and closed loop part of the sorting loop (2).

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the sorting accuracy of the entire system and the assembly and maintenance of lightweight and modular installation, as well as improving the sorting efficiency of the vertical cross belt and reducing the space requirements on the object.
