SUBSTANCE: technical result consists in increasing the flexibility of the distribution of the virtual resources of the telecom operator between the external users claiming them due to the fact that they receive data on the parameters of free virtual resources provided by the network orchestrator of the telecom operator, inform at least one user about the appearance of the released resources, their parameters, the conditions for the provision and tariffication of the use of such resources, accept the user's request to reserve at least one free resource, provide the user with an authorization key with the right to use the reserved resource if the user parameters meet the conditions for the provision of the resource, update the data on the parameters of free resources taking into account those resources that have been reserved for one or several users, for each user, the resource use is billed until the end of the reservation period, they are waiting for the end of the resource reservation period by the user, after which the authorization key is closed, the tariffication data from the resource use is returned to the telecom operator, and the data on the parameters of free resources is updated taking into account the appearance of the released resource.

EFFECT: virtual resources distribution flexibility increased.
