SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for correcting skin defects selected from wrinkles, a deficit in the volume of subcutaneous fat, excess skin, dehydration of the skin, flabbiness of the skin, a decrease in skin turgor, uneven skin surface, the presence of scar tissue, the presence of fibrosis of various etiology, characterized by that an injectable preparation is used, at least one area with at least one skin defect to be corrected is selected on the patient's body, and in each selected area an injectable preparation is injected into the patient's soft tissues, while a mixture of two forms of heterogeneous implantable gel, wherein the first form of said heterogeneous implantable gel includes microparticles of a crosslinked collagen fraction in size from 30 to 100 μm, the second form of said heterogeneous implantable gel includes microparticles of a crosslinked fraction of collagen with a size of 200 to 360 μm, and the volume ratio of said first and second forms of heterogeneous implantable gel in mixture ranges from 1:1 to 3:1, respectively.

EFFECT: invention provides a high aesthetic effect as a result of the correction of skin defects, a decrease in the patient's rehabilitation period.
