FIELD: mobile communication devices and networks.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication devices and networks and can be used to determine by the base station the search space in which the communication device can search for control information. The base station contains a processor designed to set the initial part for the user equipment (hereinafter – UE) to monitor the physical downlink control channel (hereinafter – PDCCH) based on the fact that the result of the modulo (hereinafter – mod) function is zero. In this case, the mod function includes a divisible, which is based on the system frame number associated with the PDCCH monitoring candidate, and the slot number for the slot in the frame with the mentioned system frame number. In this case, the mod function includes a divider, which is based on the frequency, and a transmitter, made with the ability to transmit a radio resource control (hereinafter – RRC) message to the UE, which includes the frequency of PDCCH monitoring.
EFFECT: reduction or elimination of any harmful interference caused by mobile devices in relation to each other or to base stations.
