FIELD: electrical engineering; railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: is achieved by the fact that the device for indication of traction positions includes the first galvanic decoupling unit (GDU), which is arranged in free space of space of universal control panel (UCP) of electric train near terminal rack. GDU has body, in which there are holes for inlet and outlet chains on sides, presented in form of two cables. Input voltage circuits to be inspected enter the GDU housing left side while the output voltage circuits come out from the GDU housing right side. Incoming circuits of outputs through secondary voltage supply source are connected with positive and negative voltage of output circuits accumulator battery. Other incoming circuits are connected to output circuits via galvanic insulators. Second display unit (DU) is located in the opening between the driver's and the assistant's assistant windows and includes a housing, on the side of which there is a cable entry hole, through which it is connected to GDU unit. On front surface of housing there are indicators in form of light-emitting diodes and regulator of illumination of light-emitting diodes.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of time for elimination of voltage failure of electric train of indication of traction positions, simplification of procedure for diagnostics of voltage failure and procedure of recovery of movement of electric train.
