FIELD: railway automatics and telemechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for remote control of rolling stock attachment retainers. System comprises a communication subsystem with a shunting column and a control panel located in a duty room. Additionally this system comprises a subsystem of attachment devices control, a subsystem of targeted train stop with a wheel pair determination point and train length determination points, track relay stations of signals and display devices, electric interlocking devices and circuits of coupling with them, a subsystem of power supply connected with the control panel via at least one single controller. Herewith the communication subsystem is additionally equipped with a diagnostic display device.

EFFECT: provided is higher safety of the process.
