SUBSTANCE: system includes control, display and manage units located in each section of the locomotive, remote control units located on the outer sides of the locomotive bodies, united through a switching unit into a single system with heat and smoke detectors, sound and light annunciators, fire extinguishing agents equipped with thermal starters, a backup power unit, remote controls, locomotive communication devices and a radio communication adapter, with three mode of operation: manual, automatic and manual with a delay. The radio communication adapter is configured to notify the duty officer in the depot about the detection of a fire situation, or unauthorized interference into the system via the radio channel, or about unauthorized penetration into the locomotive section in a hitch by a train station indicating the locomotive number in automatic mode without the participation of the driver.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of the alarm system.
